Our "Collaborative" approach allows for effective cost controls relative to providing specialized professional services required for each specific project. When required, we utilize a select group of award-winning consultants who have shown superior performance in the fields of security and juvenile justice planning and design, land planning and landscaping design, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. These award-winning consultants make themselves available to our firm and are able to commit to the necessary time required for a project with relatively short notice.
WDC Group has in-depth experience on projects of varied scale and magnitude, from exhibition, livestock, institutional, educational, commercial, religious, recreational, multi-family residential, retail and historic rehabilitations. Our firm has had prior experience in analysis of programs, project budgets, design, construction documents, construction administration, and construction management for projects totaling $500 million. We have provided these services for more than 200 owners in 189 cities throughout 13 states. As architects, we have had experience on projects of varied scale and magnitude.
History & Specialties of the Firm
WDC Group specializes in new construction, rehabilitation, renovation and analysis of proposed construction sites and projects. We have completed numerous projects to date for private and institutional using the International Building Code (IBC) stipulations and guidelines for bidding and construction projects.
WDC Group has provided administration services for programming, design, construction documentation and renovation projects for a variety of clients nationwide. The firm is especially experienced with review, evaluation, and validation of project programs.
Following in-depth project programming services, we have completed numerous field verifications and client interviews to assist in preparing comprehensive project scope descriptions and budgets, allowing us to provide projects on-time and within budget for our clients.
